Update 12:45PM PST: Ticket functionality through email is up at this time, so any ticket responses sent by a direct reply will be received. We are still waiting for full help desk functionality to be restored.
Update 12:57PM PST: All help desk functionality appears to have been restored at this time. We’ll continue to monitor and will update as more information becomes available
