Due to Google discontinuing the Urchin product, our upstream cloud hosting provider Rackspace has informed us that they will be discontinuing the web statistics on Cloud Sites.
If you are using Web Stats 6 in your cloud control panel to measure your website metrics. you will need to transition to a different web analytics system within the next six months.
We continue to recommend using the free Google Analytics service, which also provides live statistics where the Urchin stats did not. If you are using WordPess you can install Jetpack which comes with WordPress stats.
The websitesettings.com control panel for our Cloud Hosting system is currently down for maintenance. All websites and other services are currently online and should be unaffected by this maintenance. Our upstream provider Rackspace is working to bring the Control panel back up as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience.
UPDATE: As of 3:05 PM PST all services have been restored and the control panel is resolving normally.

Any hosting accounts that have not been migrated by the deactivation deadline will be consolidated temporarily onto a newer standard hosting server. All of our standard hosting servers will be decommissioned by spring 2011.

Migrating hosting for one or more domains to cloud hosting is a four-step process. Here is more information about the migration process.
